INQUIRY

Contact our school office or visit our website to gather detailed information about our programs, facilities, and admission requirements. Our staff is always available to answer any questions you may have.

APPLICATION

Obtain and complete the application form, available on our website or at the school office. Submit the form along with the required documents, which include your child’s birth certificate, recent passport-size photographs, previous school records (if applicable), and any other specified documents.

ENTRY TEST

Once the application is reviewed, your child will be invited to take an entrance test. This test assesses their academic abilities and helps us understand their strengths and areas for development.

INTERVIEW

Following the entrance test, shortlisted candidates and their parents will be invited for an interview with the school administration. This meeting provides an opportunity to discuss the school’s expectations and answer any questions you may have.

ORIENTATION

Once the admission is confirmed, parents and students will attend an orientation session to familiarize themselves with the school environment, policies, and procedures. Finally, students will be enrolled and can begin their journey at Usama Bin Zaid (RA) Public High School.

Admission Requirements

Women Having a Meeting

  • Playgroup: 2.5 years
  • Nursery: 3.5 years
  • Kindergarten: 4.5 years
  • Class 1 and onwards: Appropriate age for the grade level

  • Completed admission form
  • Birth certificate (original and photocopy)
  • Two recent passport-size photographs of the child
  • Parent/guardian’s CNIC (original and photocopy)
  • Proof of address (utility bill, rental agreement, etc.)
  • Previous school records (for Class 1 and onwards)

  • Basic readiness test for Playgroup to Kindergarten:
    A basic readiness test to assess visual recognition, motor skills, language skills, and social interaction.
  • Academic proficiency test for Class 1 and onwards:
    Academic proficiency tests covering English, Mathematics, and Science (for higher classes) to gauge the student’s current level of knowledge and identify areas for improvement.

  • A brief meeting with parents and the child to discuss readiness for school, expectations, and any special needs or concerns. This helps us understand the child’s personality and requirements better.

  • Upon acceptance, parents are required to submit the admission fee and any required initial deposit to secure the child’s spot. Details about fee structure and payment methods will be provided.
